As a former dancer and choreographer, I believe in the unique power of dance and mindful movement to make us feel connected and alive.
As a wellness coach and personal trainer I found that exercise and nutrition are only a part of our health and wellness equation, and that the MIND plays a most important role in achieving any wellness goal.
Bringing mindfulness to my own personal practice and my coaching -both inside and outside the studio- and witnessing the truly amazing results, led me to create movement classes that go beyond your typical workout.
I will lead you through a fitness experience that will strengthen your body from the inside out, as it grounds you in the present moment and helps you shift your energy to feel connected, empowered and alive.
